I have enjoyed working her for a few years but do wish there was more room for advancement which seems to be declining lately.

I have been promoted twice within the company. I have always been encouraged to grow and to develop my career goals. I have never in my life worked somewhere I feel so satisfied and so proud to be a part of the team.

Maternity leave! The generous time given to provide for my children early on.

Our Hybrid scheduling and the work/family balance that now exists in our lives.

We work closely with each other and are always willing to help each other problem solve.

The fun and engagement we have with each other no matter what the task we're working on is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direst supervisor is always willing to help me with any issue and advise me in coming up with an action plan to solve issues on my own. She makes me feel empowered and gives me the knowledge and tools I need to do my job effectively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The maternity leave package. I had my first child in 2019 while working at Medela and felt so confident coming back to work and feel even more confident in my ability to continue working if I decide to have a second child. I could not recommend this company more to Mom's and new mom's!
