I like how people try not to discriminate others, but most people can see favoritism towards some workers.

What makes you most happy at work?

When is time to leave, sometimes this place can be toxic. Please do not take this the wrong way but there are many factors that contributes to this.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I do not believe that there are any "best" things about my team, however they need to be open to more new ideas and how to run lines more efficiency without getting the wrong idea.
