Mission driven so I find those that place value on their work and company making an impact on people's lives tend to make Medela their home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The market conditions are drawing talent away from Medela. The benefits package and salary are no longer retaining employees. I am playing a long term game with Medela, but the attraction of +$25,000 in salary is hard to ignore.
