My experience at Medela is very positive. The company has been very supportive during some trying personal times, making sure I place family first. I've been challenged in my work and encouraged to take acceptable risks in decision making.

People I work with our smart and dedicated. We strive for the best. There is virtually little political gaming going on. I like that I can be honest with my opinions.

Company cares about me and my family personally. At some difficult times the company provided me the time i needed to resolve the issues and there was never any pressure to resolve them quickly
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are top notch. The addition of programs like the Zero card has really improved our medical benefits. In addition, the yearly contribution to my retirement plan is a major feature of my compensation plan.
