It feels that some teams are better compensated than others. The salary bands are not known...

The way we all work together towards a clear, common goal. There is little to no politics.

Open, honest communication. I genuinely trust the leadership to do what they say they will do. During these troubled times, I believe the company is in good hands.

The flexibility. Management genuinely cares about how I am doing. The structure is extremely flat. I feel that I can talk to my Senior VP at any time.

I get the impression that we all feel that we're in the same boat. We want to be there. We want to make a difference. It's never unpleasant, no bullying, no shaming.

They communicate clearly, regularly, often. The company objectives and long-term goals are clear. It is sometimes frustrating the it seems that we have to fix so many issues. Also, through complicated processes we make it difficult for ourselves to move forward.
