I started working here pre-pandemic and everyone went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed to integrate into the company. There is a level of trust and respect given here that is not seen in many other companies.

I think we are a company in evolution, there are, of course challenges to overcome with this. I think the leadership is willing to listen to our experiences/opinions and implement as able.
