We are on a good way, but still lots to improve. Specially the underresourced departments since years are "bleeding out" more and more

We work in an industry with a future, have a CEO who leads the way with her sleeves rolled up, have an independent culture, products with tradition & great quality. However, we must continue to work on innovations in S&WC. SAP was a disaster in terms of leadership, communication & transparency.

We have an open and modern culture. The Core Behaviors are a great thing. However, it would be nice if "be solution oriented" and "take ownership" were also lived as specified. There we still have great potential as a company.
