I have salary and fixed bonus. I appreciate high contribution to pension fond. In general package is minimal w/o any extras such as food, sport, child care

We need a bold strategy to streamline portfolio and to put focus. Be realistic what possible for us. R&D needs changes. They are running 5 years behind the time and don't have any new technologies in place and w/o changes in 3 years situation not going to improve
