I like working at Medela, the overall spirit and mindset is what i like. We have a lot of great people here and that's one of our greatest strenghts.

I've been here for several years and I've seen the company going through a lot of changes. Overall, I think that the management guided the company in a good way through these changes, but we need to be careful to not overwhelm the organisation with too many different activities and priorities.

What I love about my team is that everybody is helping others and that we have a true team spirit.

I really feel the support of my manager and I see that the leadership team of Medela cares for their employees, that's really important for me.

Everybody helps the others, it's really a team and the teamspirit is just great. We're so many different kind of people but still nobody is left out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the including culture here at Medela, everybody gets the same chances and it doesn't matter where you're from, which skin colour you have and so on.

What I like here is that the general culture is very open minded. It doesn't matter where you're from or what kind of background you have, most of the people welcome you with open arms.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not only my compensation, but more regarding my team as well. If the salary is compared to the average in the medtech industry it is below. I would appreciate if this would be recognized and if Medela would try to fix this.
