With Covid restrictions easing, we are seeing more of our sales support staff coming into the office and company extra activities to support our communities.

To be able to have a true work/life balance, ability to work from home, relaxed work environment, to be able to openly go to upper management with any concerns and ideas.

My leadership team is totally approachable and is amazingly supportive, down to Earth and always shouts out cudos for a job well done. Transparent, engaging, appreciative, always communicates. I could not even ask for a better leadership team. You make me want to engage and work harder.
