To date, I have rarely worked the role I was hired for. Company priorities have shifted and I am often asked to take on "temporary" assignments which have kept me from doing what I came here to do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Greater contribution for those outside of Switzerland. I often feel like my role is strictly to take orders from Baar rather than take initiative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has proven to be clever and nimble as they responded to the challenges in the market as well as the challenges from COVID.
