Good people, a much better atmosphere that what I understand there was in the past (got rid of some abusive personalities), being part of a great development team (PNS Max). Feeling let down by what I perceive as an "all-we-have-to-very-quickly-do-is" approach to moving Vario.

Openness, regular communication. It's obvious they are looking to the future and planning the steps to get there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing my part of a project, having opportunities to share my particular knowledge with others, being part of a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness of others to share what they know, pitch in when either needed or required, and to ask when they don't know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very well-rounded team with each team member having their tool bag of strengths. Together I think we're a force to be reckoned with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a fair salary for what I do. I've seen it, and I have friends who are looking to "Jump ship" because the companies they work for see them only as a cost, not also as a huge benefit.
