The experience has been positive. All companies are challenged with financials and this company is no different. In spite of the financial challenges we have, I feel my overall experience to this point is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I first applied for this job I entered my expected pay. I was told when I started interviewing that Medela would not be able to meet my pay expectation. If I had other job offers I probably would have chosen some other company
