the overall experience was much better years ago, but has declined noticeably over the last few years (approx 3-5 yrs)

As a long term employee, I can honestly say that the overall work experience has significantly declined over the past several years. There is much more stress, work overload, too much turnover. We are not serving either internal or external customers as effectively as we have or as we should.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
1) need innovative products that appeal to today's mothers; function is good, but style has not kept up with the times 2) SAP is still not functioning well after 2+ years; there is too much manual intervention required, it is till much less efficient than our previous ERP. This is VERY STRESSFUL
