Very good interactive communication, knowledge gaps are quickly closed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
None, for example public transport is not taken into account enough compared to the available parking spaces.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and direct communication. Willingness to help with problems and bottlenecks, as well as the newly built canteen (including outdoor).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leasdership maintains active communication and sets clear goals. However, it should show a little more presence in the daily work process.
