I like the boss I work for and that he has me involved in many areas and different projects I even help other departments

I feel they want to do what is best for the customer. I feel they really try to make Medela a great place to work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K and Pension plan and I appreciate the amount of vacation time we are given right away and I feel Medela has a great insurance plans

I feel we really work together as a team. We have some very hard working people on our team and we are all willing to learn more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are all on the same page. We want to make a great product that the moms are going to be excited about and tell other people about the Medela product and that the customer is completely satisfied with the Medela product. We take pride in our work.
