I like the diverse culture at my company. It impacts my satisfaction and affects my performance in a positive way.

Both the CEO and the Executive Vice President, Americas provide many updates to employees throughout the year (e.g. Town Halls, video messages, etc.).

Working in a global position allows me to interact with different Medela subsidiaries and outside partners. I have even had the opportunity to travel internationally.

My career is important and my company provides me with the necessary tools to perform my job. I also feel a sense of purpose and value.

I am able to work from home. This eliminates a daily 1 1/2 hour commute. However, I am constantly in contact with co-workers via Teams.
