There are good initiatives, which the teams at HR are trying to put together but they have limited resources

What do you like best about the leadership team?

So far the new team has not proven that they could steer the company in the direction of innovation and if they could retain good talent in the time of change and uncertainty.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management team is completely disconnected with the people "on the ground". Everything is rosy when they present but the company and the people executing are struggling to keep up with the work and they do not feel that the management team is stepping in where needed.
