More team-building measures after Corona to build personal bonds and identification with teams and company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company restructuring lead to reorientation of job description, I am personally not happy with. Competencies got reduced and no longer fit my business profile/ CV. Request for further professional development declined and reorientation within Medela, currently not possible.
