I know the product works well and there is a need in the market for it. And that the customer want to work with us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've only been here a short time. However, I'm very happy the the leadership team treats me like an equal. Very little egos here, very much one team. #1 rule of leadership is to never ask anyone to do anything you wouldn't do yourself. I've saw top leaders here exhibit this virtue exponentially.
