What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management is horrible at the one I worked at in Bernalillo NM. The workers, housekeeping and some of the front desk workers, dont do their job half the time. Maintenance is not much better. The owner dont care as long as there is money coming in and he doesnt have to spend much money.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'd say generally quite fair ... but not progressive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay was 8.50 hour had to run front desk, laundry and sometimes housekeeping, plus the front area coffee, tea, condiments vacuum. clean windows & door glass was to be done, All had to be done before shift over 6/8 hour shift. This is all done on first shift, that I usually worked. No benefits.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to learn to come to work on time do your job quit blaming other coworkers for something you did or didnt do. If you are on call that means be prepared to be called in that day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be fair to all employees whether they are family, friends or anyone. If you are manager and they are family or friends they are no better than the other employees treat all fair .

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If the person that was suppose to interview me would have showed up I'm not sure how that would have been. The manager at that time had me to tell the girl that I was replacing to interview me, she hired me right away. Started working right away.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fairness needs to be improved. Maybe even a new manager one that will do her job in calling repair people and other companies. This place needs a lot of new employees.
