What does the leadership team need to get better at?
i think our leads have to work and make plans about break means we have 60 mins break its means whenever we want take our break but when you dead then why leads said wait queue etc. someone take break when he is totally dead when you do not allow a break his or her work will not be productive

What did you like most about the interview process?
You will meet at least 5 people so it may take a while but communication was consistant

I was presented real world and actual problem company is facing and then asked my approach how i would solve those problem, instead of going for bookish question or interviews... the best part is, what i was evaluated on in the interview, i was given those problem to solve when I was hired
