We are receiving 20% or less compared to our peers abroad. That's how undervalued we are. We are doing the same work yet paid low.

I constantly get spoken down to by my superiors. I didnt get a raise i was supposed to get for a whole year then when i did it was not what i was told it would be but a lot less.

Our team is small mighty and amazing. We bounce ideas off each other, collaborate on projects and above all enjoy each others company which is so important. There is something about each of my team members that I admire, that inspires and drive me to achieve more.

Undervalued by Dreamscape. Not being open to suggestions on what can make employees satisfied

Outsourcing our T1 support is going to cause a huge problem with our customers and already has shown to be one. Our servers are very slow and constantly going down if we could do something to improve those it will help as well.
