What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our medical insurance covers more medical costs than other employers in my area.

A nice percentage of our compensation is incentive based. When our team and company do well, we do well. When things get tight, our incentive comp drops, but we have job security.

It has been discussed numerous times with my manager and GM that I would get a raise but it hasnt happened. Nucor does not follow any performance review which is sad and unprofessional in this industry. If we dont get a performance review then they dont have to give us an increase- win for Nucor! I

I went through about three rounds. It started off small with a zoom call, which was a nice get to know you with my current manager. Then I had a panel interview, which was a bit nerve racking but was a good was for them to get to know me and the work I did/ want to do. Lastly, I walked the mill.
