They all recognize the benefit of being flexible with employees, especially post-COVID. We are productive even though many of us are Remote. They support Flex Fridays, Quiet Fridays, unlimited PTO. It allows us to balance it all!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
India team is still evolving, as most of the team members are from one particular company they still have the same work culture and are not in alignment with OnSolve's. Otherwise, the US team is quite open and uncomplicated. Easy to work with

We have the same mindset - deliver big results by being ON. We find time to have fun despite having heavy workloads. I know lots of people are looking at new employment opportunities right now (the great resignation) but I have no interest in leaving OnSolve - I'm having way too much fun!

There are a lot of small groups (because they all come from the same org) within the India team. Difficult to improve
