I have worked many years at this company, and consider it to be the one plan to retire from in the far future. I love my work, our clients, the environment, and my team and peers. However, with new roles and many changes occurring, I'm nervous about the company's direction and plans for the future.

There are no special benefits and no incentives for those who have long-standing tenure with the company. I do not qualify for perk spots either. While it is a nice bonus to pick a prize once every two or so years, this is not a great incentive to acknowledge and reward longevity on an annual basis.

Insurance expense is way too high I know that is not the company's fault but I also feel like the base pay is too low i mean if i did not make incentive i could make the same amount working at Walmart

Pay could increase cheaper benefits quicker PTO accumulation holiday bonuses or at least inclusion of gifts for employees that cant make the holiday parties

Some personalities cannot be improved especially if those employees have been there as veteran or senior employees. More supportive and less strong criticisms, but not everyone needs major improvement in attitudes.

It can be very surprising how little other departments do not understand the overall process and can't understand what other departments do and how it effects them or how they not doing something correctly or following the established process makes problems down the line.

All of us are dedicated to making the most out of every day. If there's an issue, we don't sit on it. If the issue involves multiple people, then we all talk through it to get it resolved ASAP. We work as a team and leave no room for miscommunication, which in the end makes us feel accomplished.
