Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation changes don't have universal rules that make things equitable. Certain departments are valued more than others and it shows in the compensation.

My compensation is well under market rate for similar roles both inside of the Outreach and at other companies. There have been no efforts to correct that disparity. I would feel valued if there were some course of action to recognize my contributions and increase my compensation accordingly.
