Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The culture at my department is to protect the incompetent and preserve their jobs until they voluntarily quit; and to expect the diligent and competent ones to do more without promoting or paying them more.

when we went to 8hrs everyone got a compensation for it, and i mean everyone but three of use did not and no one can give us a clear answer why. all i want is the same as everyone else.
