I work many hours to make deadlines, but I don't feel like I get compensated for it. I am a salary employee. Vacation should be able to use instead of you having to wait until earned. If an employee leaves before all accrued for, take it from last pay check.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A real break room would be greatly appreciated versus the break nook no one uses. An in-house IT person/department. More PTO. Better insurance coverage. (dental at the very least should be covered 100%) More flexible work schedule. Covered parking.
