The salary is amazing, but having the Stock Options gives me an added interest in the companies performance as a whole.

pay does not seem aligned with market and level of experience/scope of responsibility

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet so many team members and learn about the culture through their lens. It was also very insightful and was always kept up to date, I never waiting more than 48 hours to hear back after an interview.
