I think the health insurance could be better, and there is no stock option offer.

There is a comradery, and mutual respect in all interactions with other Perficient employees, no matter how junior or senior you are valued and respected.

Perficient was honest and straight forward during the interview process. I appreciated how carefully they interviewed me and made their selection process. I valued how carefully made sure I was the right fit for their organization.
