my compensation is adequate based on my skill set and my ability to get many things done.

No 401k match, no bonuses, not getting the right wages, too much favoritism on other locations that don't even make a lot

We do not get tips for our hard work and providing customers with support , for helping bring in customers , our tips go to the company and not to us who have earned it
