The company has fair and well-paying monthly incentive plans that compensate you not only when the company and department does well, but also pays you for your personal performance achievements.

they actually pay bonuses and don't change the targets to make them impossible to achieve.

Personally, I feel underpaid for the level of performance. other corporations have a higher compensation package for my position.
