This company literally took 5 to 10 percent of peoples pay from them during covid's initial outbreak and expected us not to bat a lash about it. Then they gave it back like it never happened about a year later, and have avoided raise talks since.

I used to work at pomeroy and the management is extremely poor. I was let go for doing my job as a remote tech but because I didn’t go into the office they said I was denying authority to my superiors, because I was told about inspectors coming the following week and needed their equipment fixe

Immediate management over regions was ok, the staff at that level is mostly responsible for assisting new techs get their bearings in the field. The executive leadership has a major case of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Zero competence in upper management period.

For starters, I've been here 3 years nearly. I've made above average performance metrics since my hire date. Pay has dramatically gone up for competitors and yet Pomeroy decided they cannot to offer raises. They simply do not discuss it.

The environment changed when a new supervisor was introduced that began micromanaging everything and having a fake friendly attitude. A select few people take a majority of the calls every day and pick up the slack of others with no recognition or reward.
