What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incentives. matching 401ks. Stock options.

The base pay, the incentive is a bit unreachable.

Base pay is good. Incentives are low/unattainable in many ways.

An incentive program that pushes you to keep your foot on the gas. Also, the matching 401k shows that the company cares about their employees future.
