I greatly appreciate the level of engagement demonstrated by our leadership. They seem to understand well what happens and is needed on the frontlines of our business.

Of note, there are no stock benefits as it is privately held. I would just say our benefits plan is fair and appreciate that they have added financial support for personal education/growth.

Most are hired without background checks to see if they can really preform the work they are hired to do and then we spend time training them on the job which isn't fair
