I think part time employees should have the same benefits as full time. A lot of people are hired as "Part time" but get schedule full time hours. That is their way of not having to give benefits to all

It is hard to get full time and they hire too many new people, I been there four years and only have dental insurance. So hard to get the benefits cause I need to keep a certain amount of hours which I do not get.

Pay is not terrible, but for what you have to put up with, its not always worth it. In some situations, you are a glorified baby sitter, and actually child care providers are getting far better compensation.

Certain positions at the job are underpaid, even the team leader position which is essentially a management position, does not make a livable wage. Customer service staff and team leaders are underpaid for the level of work that they do.

Managers tend to care more about the image of the store, the store's bottoms line over any well being of employees. From personal experience, they cared more about kicking out someone using fraudulent coupons, vs actually taking care of a customer harassing customers and employees.
