Great people. Speed of Innovation is faster than I could ever have predicted. This place packs decades of learning into a few short years. You constantly need to adapt and improvise here. Sometimes it is exhausting. But they at least acknowledge that and constantly try to keep improving.

They listen and eventually get problems and issues addressed even if it takes a while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is constantly trying to make things better. There is a lot of cumulative grit when conditions are not ideal and when they are. Its not perfect but we tend to come out victorious when the dust settles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall the total comp package is good when compared externally against other companies from a big picture stand point. But internal comparison of base salary levels and equity grants are a bit arbitrary, and some have to put in considerable more effort than others to leverage the "meritocracy"
