not complicated - lean. Unfortunately you can enjoy less benefits if you are working from home (not only because of Covid). Lunch, gym, ?

some good ones (unfortunately also many ones who do not contribute significantly at all because expertise in CX and EX does not count in hiring)

Not sure what you mean as the leadership team. I have referred all answers to the global team. the issue here is more the middle layer
