Increased focus on inclusion and belonging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're focused on the right things and generally making the right choices. They are working hard to make change, rather than just talk about or decide change that isn't realized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increased by less than inflation. At the same time, prescription benefits were cut, hurting people with medical problems. Overall, I'm getting less out of my benefits this year, my medical costs went up, and my pay decreased compared to inflation.
