I love the people I work with and I feel like I make a real and direct impact on those I work with both internally and externally even though I'm early in my career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual raises make it feel like I'm progressing and being rewarded for my growth in between promotion. I also really like the ability to earn more through bonuses while still being paid a competitive base salary that provides security and a sense of value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very valued and seen within Qualtrics, and I get the sense that everyone cares about each other even though we are rapidly growing. How we treat our employees is how employees treat our customers, and as a customer-obsessed company this employee-centric and culture-focused mindset is clear.
