We have a culture of transparency which means that we have regular communication down from our leadership team and have a clear line of sight in communicating up, as well.

You get the chance to meet with your future team, as well as cross-functional business partners which allows you to dig deep in the role, but also hear a different perspective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really great people - you'll never be the smartest person in the room. Everyone pushes each other to be better. The amount of growth I have seen since starting at Qualtrics is amazing.
