Everyone is accessible to everyone. People come from a variety of backgrounds but can all buy into the company's goals and mission.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In Utah, specifically, the cost of living is rising rather quickly and I don't feel like the salary structure has adjusted to reflect that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Somebody from outside of the department you are interviewing for will talk to you to see if you are a good fit culture-wise. Really helps
