Qualtrics is a great place to grow quickly - we trust the people we hire, so I didn't have to do busy work or "pay my dues". I was handed responsibility immediately post-training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits including fully-covered healthcare, vision, and dental. We also have a good amount of PTO days, particularly for entry-level employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of smart, ambitious men and women. I rarely have to worry about coworkers meeting deadlines or "pulling their weight" in projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely busy and works very hard, but we aren't afraid to highlight coworkers' successes. We don't see that as a threat to our own success.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love most of the people I work with on a daily basis.- they are incredibly thoughtful, smart, and creative. Together we come up with the best solutions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership keeps us well-informed on what is happening across the company. They always hold Q&A sessions when big events happen. Leadership takes care of employees, and every year, we roll out additional benefit improvements based on direct employee feedback.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed years ago, so I will say our interview process has improved a lot since then. When I started, the recruiting team was still very small. I did love how enthusiastic everyone was about the company and how willing they were to connect afterwards.
