I can count on everyone on my team (and in my company). I don't feel like anyone that works here is incompetent. I can trust and depend on everyone.

More than any other place I've worked, I've felt like my direct manager and higher, care about me in and out of work. They want me to exceed. They are transparent. I know exactly what I need to do to stand out.
