The leadership team is transparent with the entire company about goals, initiatives, direction and trajectory.

I work with skilled sales professionals who like to work hard, play hard. I laugh a lot here.

The maternity benefits and focus on family/work/life balance are incomparable to other companies I have worked at or been recruited to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our manager really supports our team culture. I enjoy coming to work. My coworkers are genuinely some of my best friends. We hang out outside of work and have so much fun together. I love my team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a fair process. I met with a number of different leaders and all of them were very open and answered some of my hard questions. I will say the interview process is a bit more standardized now as compared to when I interviewed a few years ago, but I think the rubric is fair.
