The high bar. It was clear from the interview that Qualtrics absolutely has a high bar for hiring and works hard to sustain that.

Unprecedented level of transparency. They live the core values of the company and have an ever-elevating vision of the future of the company. They are extremely intentional in the decisions that they make and consider not only their own self interest but also that of the employees in their care.
