What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love our "Experience" bonus. Each year we are given money to use specifically to have some kind of experience outside of work that we wouldn't normally have (e.g., a vacation, great seats at a concert, etc.).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no true annual raises. Compensation is relatively low even for external hires to high level roles. To just understand why we have the level of slaray we do compared to other companies like us would be a start to make us feel better about compensation.
