Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Improvements have been made in recent months, but the pension contribution is still pretty poor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people in Qualtrics are the best thing about Qualtrics. Every person on my team works hard and has my back.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is decent, PTO is great (especially if you stay for a few years) and I'm a big fan of free food.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are always willing to help. I'm running a cross-functional, cross-regional initiative and I'm always surprised at how willing everyone is to pitch in.

The people are the best part of Qualtrics. The people on my team are extremely competent, kind and are very, very good at what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their people. As the company gets bigger, that can be more difficult to see, but in the few years that I've been here it's been clear.
