They have a real process for interviews. They know what is coming next. They guided me through the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely like each other. We meet at each other's houses for dinner, and we have great team events. Meetings with the team are fun, and each member is interested in everyone's success.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing my own personal growth each week. I meet regularly with my leaders and they are so candid and truly care about me. While I make my fair share of mistakes and have plenty of room for growth - they are singularly focused on helping me get there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so very visible. A lot of tech company C suite members seem like celebrities to their employees - and are not typically very accessible. Ryan regularly comments on sales wins, no matter how small... Senior leaders regularly visit each office and share insights and listen to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is such a great mix of people here. We are all on the sales team in Dallas, and are therefor all trying to reach similar goals. We work as one, big team and encourage each other everyday. Eating lunch together as an office happens regularly, catering helps with that for sure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never seen a benefits package so focused on the employee experience. it's not just about healthcare or 401K, because they are there, it's about how Qualtrics gets these key items so right and enables me to think about how to get better at my job because the critical "big items" are set.
